1. Drive-in rack is developed on the standard pallet rack system. It has higher storge density than traditional pallet rack, suitable for storing goods with large quantities but few varities, especially for standard goods;
2. Drive-in rack needs less passages, the space utilization can be improved by 30% to 70-80%;
3. This rack system is more suitable for high-cost warehouse, like cold warehouse. The cost can be mended by the improved space utilizaiton.
Drive-in pallet rack features:
1. Components: Frame, top & back beam, top & back bracing, row spacer, corbel, support beam;
2. Surface treatment: Powder coating, beautiful, cossosion resistance;
3. The first level pallets can be placed on the floor;
4. Forklift can drive through the aisle to fetch goods, FIFO and FILO are availbala;
5. To improve the storage efficiency, the single side depth should be within 8 pallets, and double side depth should be within 16 pallets;
6. Load capacity for per pallet should be within 1500kg;
7. Height of eacj beam can be adjusted freely by 75mm;
8. Height is better within 10m.
